Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase of the Done-For-You AI Business service and any add-ons (together, the "Service") from SaaStyle, LLC ("we", "us"). By completing your purchase you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Earnings Disclaimer.

1. What you are buying

A one-time, done-for-you build of an AI automation business inside your own HighLevel account: agency setup (branding, pipeline, booking calendar), a niche demo sub-account with AI automations, an AI Studio website, SaaS Mode pricing plans and a follow-up system, customized from your answers to our setup questionnaire. The exact build depends on your answers and on the features available in your HighLevel plan.

2. What you need to provide

• An active HighLevel account on the Founder Plan (or a plan that includes the features above), billed to you by HighLevel. HighLevel is a separate company; its fees, terms and features are set by HighLevel.
• Your completed setup questionnaire.
• Agency Admin access for our team (viktor@jasonwardrop.com) so we can build in your account.
• Any third-party accounts needed for specific features (for example Stripe to collect payments, or A2P/phone registration), in your own name.

Delivery starts once all of the above is in place. You may remove our access at any time after delivery.

3. Ownership

Everything we build lives in your HighLevel account and is yours to use and modify. Our training materials, scripts and templates remain our property and are licensed to you for use in your own business only.

4. WhatsApp VIP Access (optional add-on)

If purchased, you get 60 days of chat access over WhatsApp, starting when your build is delivered. Replies come from Jason Wardrop's team, which includes an AI assistant trained on Jason's material. Access is for guidance on your business and your build; it is not one-on-one consulting, legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not include additional builds.

5. No guarantee of income

We do not promise any level of income or number of clients. Your results depend on your own effort, skills and market. See the Earnings Disclaimer.

6. Payments, refunds and chargebacks

All prices are one-time payments in USD. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can fix it. Unjustified chargebacks will be disputed with the evidence of your purchase, your acceptance of these Terms and the work delivered.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for the availability, pricing or performance of third-party platforms such as HighLevel, Stripe, WhatsApp or telecom carriers.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which SaaStyle, LLC is organized. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith by contacting us.
